This scrapbooking layout idea is made with our recent sketch 34.
This is a super photograph by Scott Wadham. I love how he captured the little girls’ hair and party dresses flying as they skipped and danced.
The layout is made using PhotoShop Elements 6 and chipboard effects by CBA … but I’m sorry, I don’t remember your full name to credit you properly. I love the depth the chipboard effect adds.
Because of the girls’ dresses, I stuck with the pink color scheme of the sketch, although I’ve gone with a deeper pink than the original.
If you like the layout idea and are a digital scrapbooker, you may wish to buy the PNG and PSD files. To do so, click on the link at the bottom of the post or visit the shop.
Take a Closer Look
As I said, I liked the chipboard effect and did it on everything from the photo frame to flower to the background and the page frame. The only things not getting the chipboard effect were the title, the photo and the buttons. OK, I went overboard, but you don’t have to, lol!
The font is one I got on a free disc … and I should go check it’s name to give proper credit.
Seeing someone else’s scrapbooking layout ideas is as good for inspiration as looking at a sketch. Hope this one inspires you. Thanks for looking.
