I love this little Easter gift bag I saw the other day. It’s called a 2468 bag – the measurements for the score lines that shape it. It’s really simple to do yet looks quite professional. Use heavyweight scrapbooking paper if you want a little more flexibility in your gift bag, and cardstock for a firmer finish.
Michelle has a video tutorial showing how to make the bag, plus a cute little Easter bunny and chick to go on it. (If you visit Michelle’s site, let her know you came from here. Thanks.) And if you make one let us know where we can see it.
One tip: If you do not have any plastic to cover the hole, put your contents in a little plastic bag or tissue paper bag and place that inside the box.
So whether you’re giving tiny chocolate eggs for Easter, hearts for your Valentine, a special little graduation gift, or just looking for a cute little gift bag for anytime use, make it with your scrapbooking paper to coordinate with your handmade card and prepare for one delighted recipient. (I’m smiling thinking about it, lol!)
